By virtue of the Authority to me, by the Queen's most Excellent Majesty in this behalf given. I do hereby constitute and Appoint you to be a Warrant Officer in Her Majesty's Royal Air Force from the Twentythird day of April 1981, and to continue in the said office during the pleasure of the Right Honourable the Secretary of State for Defence. You are therefore carefully and diligently to discharge your Duty as such by doing and performing all manner of things thereunto belonging, as required by the Established Regulations of the Service, and you are to observe and follow such Orders and Directions as you shall receive from your Commanding, or any other, your superior Officer, according to the Rules and Discipline of War.
